FLEUR DE LIS AWARDS

Participation deadline is March 1, 2007.

  • Two bottles of each wine must be submitted (one for backup.) Any extra bottles will be donated to our auction. $40 entry fee per category. Entered wines must be poured at both Grand Tastings and have a minimum wholesale value of $12.
  • A maximum of 3 wines per Grand Tasting table may be entered into the competition.
  • Entered wines must be delivered to your distributor by March 16, 2007.
  • Product information is due at the time of registration.

Wine Vintage

VINTNER DINNERS
Wednesday, May 23, 7:00 pm.

  • A winemaker or principal must be present at each dinner. 
  • White wines poured must have a wholesale value of $15.00 or higher.  Red wines must have a wholesale value of $25 or higher.   
  • Wineries must provide one case of each of the three wines poured at each dinner. Restaurants are asked to limit seating to 60 guests. Restaurants may purchase additional wine, if they choose to seat over 60 attendees.
  • Two wineries will be paired with each restaurant.
  • Participation deadline is February 9, 2007.
  • Wineries will be publicly paired with restaurants on February 12, 2007.

  • A winemaker or principal must be present to pour.
  • Wines poured must have a retail value of $75.00 or higher, and must not be poured at the Grand Tastings.  
  • Wineries must provide three bottles of each wine poured. 
  • Participation by invitation. Deadline is January 22, 2007.
  • Participating wineries selected by the NOW&FE Board of Directors.

ROYAL STREET STROLL
Thursday, May 24, 5:30pm - 8:30pm.

  • Wineries must provide 3 cases of still wine or 4 cases of sparkling per wine poured. (Limit to 2 bottles or types as space is limited.)
  • A winemaker or principal must be present at each location.
  • Participation deadline is March 16, 2007.

GRAND TASTINGS
Friday, May 25, 5:00 - 8:00pm & Saturday, May 26, 1:00 - 4:00pm.

  • Exhibitors must participate in both Grand Tastings.
  • To ensure the best quality, wines poured must have a wholesale value of $12.00 or higher.
  • Wineries may exhibit no more than six (6) bottles or types per table. (Suggested amount: eight (8) bottles per wine poured per day).
  • Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own staffing.
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to donate one bottle of each wine being poured to our wine raffle, which raises a significant amount of money to be donated to our charitable beneficiaries. 
  • NO UNOPENED WINE WILL BE ALLOWED OUT OF THE BALLROOMS UNTIL SATURDAY NIGHT AT 5:00PM.  There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • Participation deadline is April 13, 2007.

Wine Vintage

Registration Information

  • Exhibitor fee is $500 per table, before March, 30 2007; $700 thereafter. This will allow complimentary access for two to Royal Street Stroll, and both Grand Tastings. Additional exhibitor passes may be purchased for $150 each through the “Purchase Tickets” link of the website (includes Royal St. Stroll & both Grand Tastings.)
  • Each Fleur de Lis entry is $40.
  • All fees must accompany this form. Payment must be received to guarantee participation. Checks or credit cards are accepted.
  • Deadline for Vintner Dinner participation is February 9, 2007; Fleur De Lis Awards is March 1, 2007, Royal Street is March 16, 2007, and Grand Tastings is April 13, 2007.
