New Orleans Wine and Food Experience Board Announces 2010 Slate of Executive Officers and Two New Board Members
New Orleans, Louisiana – The Board of the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience announces the
2010 slate of officers and new board members:

Octavio Mantilla – President (Besh Restaurant Group)
Kevin Kimball – Vice President (Camelot Club)
Kavin Sherwood – Treasurer (Glazer Companies of Louisiana)
Mary Beth Romig – Secretary (New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau)
Greg Reggio – 2009 President (Zea and Semolina Restaurants)
New Board Members Include:
Mary Grace Rome – (Community Leader)
Mark Wilson – (The Roosevelt Hotel)
Octavio Mantilla notes, “As president of the New Orleans Wine and Food Experience, I look forward to working with the team of board members and officers who will shape the future of our event. These industry leaders bring a great deal of talent and insight to the table, and allow us to strengthen as we move forward.”
The New Orleans Wine & Food Experience is a non-profit organization. The Board of the New Orleans Wine & Food Experience has announced that ten local organizations have received donations totaling $125,000 to support their programs and foundations. Proceeds from the 2008 event benefited the Louisiana Restaurant Association’s ProStart Program, The University of New Orleans School of Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism, The Chef John Folse Culinary Institute, Delgado Community College Culinary Arts Program, New Orleans Firefighter House Fund, Sean Payton’s Play It Forward, Girls First, Cancer Crusaders, Animal Rescue New Orleans, and Fore! Kids.
